Customer care/Sales manager

Job Summary

We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position. The candidate must be computer literate, familiar with the use of social media, and also have great interpersonal communication skills.

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)

Job Description/Requirements

  • Attend to customer's through our social media platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp), and also Offline customers in the store
  • Develop sales strategies that lead to revenue generation for the business.
  • Meet monthly sales targets as laid out by the CEO and bonus attach to it if she meets monthly targets
  • Develop strategies to build and push the brand to become known and well patronized.
  • Develop business strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, grow existing customer base and increase profitability
  • Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
  • Effectively utilize social media to drive sales and brand awareness
  • Ensure high-level customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Ensure customer’s needs are met, complaints are resolved and service is quick and efficient.
  • The manager must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at all times to avoid being “out of stock”
  • Gives updates to CEO about the business through periodic reports.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brands
  • Assist clients on order-on-line
  • Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics
  • Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers, retail, repair services, buyers, etc.
  • Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships utilizing our CRM tools
  • Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff
  • Assist customers with after-sales service issues
  • Be the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
  • Able to communicate concisely our company policies to client
  • Maintain and update regular client correspondence
