Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and resolve them appropriately.
  • Diagnose customer problems and provide effective solutions, escalating issues to the appropriate department or team member when necessary.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements:

Minimum Diploma

2 years of previous experience in a similar role
