- Escalate complex issues to the operations manager when necessary.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Communication, or related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Active listening and empathy.
- Ability to handle difficult customers calmly.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
Note: Close proximity to Ajao Estate along the International Airport is preferred
