Job summary

The Customer Care Representative Assistant supports the Customer Care team in delivering excellent customer service. This role assists in handling customer inquiries, maintaining records, processing service requests, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The position requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Min Qualification: OND Experience Level: Internship & Graduate Experience Length: 1 year Working Hours: Full Time

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports on customer interactions and service performance.
  • Follow up with customers regarding pending issues.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer care team.
  • Assist in responding to customer inquiries via phone.


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred).
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Close Proximity to Ajao Estate and Island is preferredĀ
