Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports on customer interactions and service performance.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending issues.
- Provide administrative support to the customer care team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field (preferred).
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).

- Close Proximity to Ajao Estate and Island is preferredĀ
