Responsibilities:
- Source, engage, and convert leads into paying clients through active field and digital outreach
- Promote and sell advertising spaces to meet client needs
- Organize and conduct client meetings, presentations, and property/site tours
- Achieve individual sales targets and maintain accurate sales and client records
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Outdoor Advertising, Media, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive selling skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Strong passion for sales and building relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with the Lagos market and customer preferences a plus
