Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging daily lessons using blended Nigerian, British, and Montessori-aligned instructional strategies.
- Plan and prepare lesson notes, learning materials, and weekly assessments.
- Maintain a well-organized and stimulating classroom environment.
- Use child-centered methods: hands-on learning, group work, presentations, and project-based activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong command of English (spoken & written)
- Familiarity with Montessori methods the British curriculum or inquiry-based learning, is an added advantage
- Proficiency in lesson planning classroom management and continuous assessment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for child development values and 21st-century education
