As the Business Registration & Client Relations Officer at Brit Properties Nigeria Limited, you will be responsible for managing client onboarding, business registration, documentation processing, estate allocation coordination, and client relationship management

Responsibilities:
- Receive and log all new client registrations.
- Conduct KYC verification (ID validation, proof of address, corporate documentswhere applicable).
- Verify completeness of subscription forms.
- Assign file numbers and create physical & digital client files.
- Register client data into Carrot Suite, Google Sheets, and Sales Day Book.
- Scan and upload all verified documents.
- Confirm payment with Accounts before issuing completion letters.
- Issue completion letters within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Dispatch documents and log delivery confirmation.
- Reconcile Carrot Suite, Google Sheets, and physical files.
- Update file movement logs.
- Print and file receipts within 1 business day.
- Maintain organized digital and physical documentation.
- Monitor printing supplies.
- Confirm payment status with Accounts.
- Verify square meters and client allocation eligibility.
- Prepare allocation draft letters (where applicable).
- Update estate master list if new allocation occurs.
- Respond to inquiries within service timeline.
- Resolve complaints or escalate within same business day.
- Track client feedback.
- Maintain communication log.
- Follow up with prospects.
- Support allocation-related upselling.
- Track conversion pipeline.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
