Job summary

We are seeking a structured, commercially minded, and highly reliable individual to join Quirky Scope/Brandverse as a Business Operations Manager. This role is responsible for keeping the business engine running smoothly - managing operations, supporting brand consulting projects, coordinating workshops, driving partnerships and client relations.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the leadership team to optimise operational tasks
  • Improve client responsiveness
  • Follow up and keep projects on schedule. 


Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and client-facing
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, partnerships or consulting support roles.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, invoices, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills (emails, client messages, and face-to-face).
  • Ability to work across creative consulting and media environments.
  • Proficient in Mac OS and/or Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management tools (ClickUp, Zoho One, Zapier, High Level e.t.c).
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and able to take ownership of processes.
  • Organisation tools: Google Workspace Calendars and at least one PM/CRM (Notion, Trello, Asana, HubSpot, Zoho etc)
  • Ability to manage details, timelines, and relationships across creative, consulting, and media projects.
  • Must be based in Lagos

WorkType: Full-time preferred (flexible/hybrid options possible). 

Hours: Core hours 8:30–17:30 WAT with flexibility.
