Business & Operations Administrator
Job summary
We are seeking a structured, commercially minded, and highly reliable individual to join Quirky Scope/Brandverse as a Business Operations Manager. This role is responsible for keeping the business engine running smoothly - managing operations, supporting brand consulting projects, coordinating workshops, driving partnerships and client relations.

- Work closely with the leadership team to optimise operational tasks
- Improve client responsiveness
- Follow up and keep projects on schedule.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and client-facing
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, project management, partnerships or consulting support roles.
- Strong organisational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing budgets, invoices, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and client-facing skills (emails, client messages, and face-to-face).
- Ability to work across creative consulting and media environments.
- Proficient in Mac OS and/or Windows, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and project management tools (ClickUp, Zoho One, Zapier, High Level e.t.c).
- Proactive, solution-oriented and able to take ownership of processes.
- Organisation tools: Google Workspace Calendars and at least one PM/CRM (Notion, Trello, Asana, HubSpot, Zoho etc)
- Ability to manage details, timelines, and relationships across creative, consulting, and media projects.
- Must be based in Lagos
WorkType: Full-time preferred (flexible/hybrid options possible).
Hours: Core hours 8:30–17:30 WAT with flexibility.
