Job Summary

We are looking to employ, a reliable efficient candidate who will support, oversee operational activities in our growing business. Seeking new partners and managing existing ones. Negotiating sales, finding business channel partners, building new business for the enterprise by boosting SALES and contributing to our long-term business growth.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Outline strategic business plans and effectively oversee daily operations.
  • You will assume the duty of clerical/administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures in the establishment.
  • Sustain existing clientele and open new business through strategic engagements.
  • Provide sales projections and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports of overall operations.
  • Ensure proper bookkeeping and balance sheet. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to identify the right market for product concentration needs to meet sales quotas.
  • Manage in and outflows of goods and inform timely on placing appropriate orders.
  • Stay up to date with new products and new pricing/ payment plans, retrieve and reconcile payments as when due.
  • Coordination of work effort, track changes in plans daily operations. Negotiate with sub-dealers on agreements, terms, and conditions of sales and payments.
  • Periodically engage in outlet field visits, negotiate and ensure service deliveries across existing partners and newly developed businesses. 
  • Other duties that may be assigned to you.

Requirements:

  • The candidate should be located around International Trade Fair Complex Ojo, Lagos and it's environ 
  • The minimum qualification is ND
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel & word, experienced in compiling and working with big data spreadsheets and financial reports
  • 1 - 3 years experience length
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent time manager, able to balance many projects at once.
  • Good Interpersonal Relationship Skill
  • Excellent written and Oral Communication Skills in order to manage the direct development plans
  • A team player with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to sell and meet set sales targets

Requirements: NGN 60,000-70,000
