Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Business development/marketing/sales
- Business and administrative management; daily office operations management
- Develop goals and objectives along with business plans and strategies that tends towards the growth and attainment of business goals
- Ensure that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities (e.g., people, material, equipment, etc.)
- Organize and coordinate business operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers, & represent the company at events, conferences, etc.
- Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports
- Assess overall company performance against objectives
- Ensure adherence to legal or statutory or regulatory guidelines ad demands of business
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or any relevant field of experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- This position is open preferably to Female candidates
- Business Acumen
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective organizational, administrative, and leadership skills
- Commercial Awareness and Social Media skills
- Practical knowledge of MS Office applications and data information management systems
- Graphics design will be an added advantage
- Budget/Expense Management
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos State
Work Schedule: 9 am – 5 pm (Monday – Friday).
