Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CVR): Implement strategic flows and optimizations to increase our conversion rates, maximizing the impact of our digital campaigns and driving revenue growth.
  • Viral Content Creation: Develop engaging and viral content that captivates our audience and propels our brand to new heights of visibility and engagement, ensuring our content resonates with diverse audiences across genders.
  • Content Development: Develop engaging content that appeals to both genders, creating a cohesive brand narrative that resonates with diverse audiences while elevating brand awareness and driving engagement.
  • Global Brand Perception: Lead initiatives to enhance our brand perception globally, ensuring consistency and resonance across diverse markets and demographics, and driving brand loyalty.
  • Segmented Email and SMS Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the preferences and interests of both male and female demographics, ensuring inclusivity and relevance.
  • All-Gender Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a dynamic social media strategy that features content appealing to all genders, showcasing products and stories that resonate with diverse audiences and drive engagement.
  • A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on marketing materials and channels to gather insights and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness across genders, driving measurable results.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics, including engagement rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated, providing regular reports and insights for data-driven decision-making.
  • Personalization: Leverage customer data and behavior insights to personalize marketing efforts, ensuring tailored communication that speaks to the unique preferences of all genders.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain brand identity and voice across all marketing channels while effectively catering to the diverse characteristics and interests of both male and female audiences.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers through various channels to refine marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction, paying particular attention to gender-specific insights.
