Business Manager
Job summary
The Business Manager drives revenue through client acquisition, pipeline management, site inspections, and converting leads into sales. The role manages client relationships, meets monthly targets, and ensures seamless movement from lead generation to property allocation and documentation, ensuring efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert high-quality leads through digital marketing, referrals, and field activities
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure
- Conduct and coordinate site inspections for prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
- Negotiate and finalize property transactions
- Ensure completion of all client documentation and payment processes
- Collaborate with internal teams on property allocation and transaction execution
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
- Support and guide junior sales team members where required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in real estate sales or business development (Real Estatepreferred)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
- Target-driven and results-oriented
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to work independently and within a team
KPIs:
- Monthly revenue target achievement
- Lead generation and conversion rates
- Number of site inspections and deals closed
- Client satisfaction and referral rate
What We Offer:
- Remuneration: NGN 400,000 monthly (subject to review after 3 months)
- Commission:10% (outright) / 7% (payment plan) on self-generated deals, 3% (outright) / 1.5% (payment plan) on company-provided leads, 1% override on team sales
