Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP and tech solutions across targeted industries.
- Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a business development or sales role, specifically in ERP or technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of B2B solution selling and enterprise sales cycles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A strong network within the tech, finance, or enterprise sectors is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus)
