Job Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager with at least 5-7 years of proven success in selling ERP systems and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales processes, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to close high-value deals.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ERP and tech solutions across targeted industries.
  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, including prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise-level organizations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and maintain up-to-date records using CRM tools.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a business development or sales role, specifically in ERP or technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of B2B solution selling and enterprise sales cycles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • A strong network within the tech, finance, or enterprise sectors is a plus
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus)
