We're looking for a result-driven Business Development Executive to recruit and guide students interested in studying abroad. The role involves generating leads, converting inquires into enrollments, promoting partner institutions, and supporting students through the application process.

Responsibilities:
- Guide students and families on study abroad programs and admissions.
- Source and engage students via fairs, seminars, referrals, and online channels.
- Convert inquiries and leads into enrollments
- Maintain student and client records in CRM
- Create digital content and marketing campaigns.
- Support visa applications and interview preparation.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) or HND
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven sales and marketing abilities
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment is a plus
- Passion for helping students achieve international study goals
