Job Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for leading and coordinating the Academy’s marketing effort. The ideal candidate has 3 years’ work experience post first degree as a clear Sales or Marketing Manager managing a specific brand or product, or service.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 4 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities;

·         To develop and implement Marketing Plan for each financial year, and for each specific training course, with clear marketing goals and objectives that are related to the short-term and long-term goals and objectives of the Academy. 

·         Developing growth strategies and plans

·         Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients

·         Increasing client base

·         Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition

·         Negotiating with stakeholders

·         Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs

·         Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

·         Following industry trends locally and internationally

·         Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
