Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead rehearsals and performances with precision, passion, and creativity.
- Overseeing the recording of 10 - 15 songs monthly
- Collaborate with orchestra members to interpret and execute musical pieces effectively.
- Develop and implement innovative programming to engage and captivate audiences.
- Mentor and inspire orchestra members to achieve their highest potential.
- Cultivate relationships with composers, guest artists, and community stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music or related field.
- Any certification(s) relevant to the job.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Music Director or Conductor.
- Proven track record of success in leading orchestras and delivering exceptional performances.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Passion for music education and a commitment to nurturing talent.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 - #350,000 (Negotiable based on experience)
