Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics concepts in line with Montessori and Nigerian curricula.
- Use practical materials and real-life examples to simplify abstract concepts.
- Plan lessons that encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Assess pupils’ work and track their progress.
- Support children individually or in small groups where needed.
- Prepare pupils for continuous assessment and examinations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed. / B.Sc. Mathematics / Education Mathematics).
- Minimum of 2–3 years teaching experience in a primary school.
- Sound knowledge of modern teaching techniques.
