Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop Sales Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and ensure continuous professional development.
- Ensure each SE is productive, meeting assigned targets for AUM growth and client acquisition.
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and teamwork.
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase AUM, expand the customer base, and drive profitability.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and identify trends to optimize results.
- Provide strategic direction and innovative ideas to help the team meet and exceed sales budgets.
- Work closely with Sales Executives to ensure consistent execution of sales initiatives.
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Generate in-road leads, prospects, and market intelligence to support business expansion.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to penetrate new markets and enhance revenue streams.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to improve customer engagement and conversion.
Operational Excellence:
- Implement and enforce company sales policies, processes, and best practices.
- Conduct regular strategy and performance meetings to track progress and address challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and industry regulations.
Recruitment, Training & Talent Management: Internal :
- Recruit, onboard, and train Sales Executives, ensuring any manning gaps are filled promptly.
- Identify skill gaps and provide targeted training to enhance team performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer experience across all sales touchpoints.
- Address customer complaints and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work with the team to enhance client retention and long-term engagement strategies.
Financial & Performance Management:
- Set, monitor, and manage sales budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure all sales activities align with business objectives and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in retail or financial services.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and drive results.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
