The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining both physical and electronic records. They will ensure proper documentation, secure storage, and easy retrieval of files while maintaining compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
- Organize, label, and maintain physical and digital records.
- Ensure proper filing, storage, and easy retrieval of documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Track file movement and update records, logs/databases.
- Support document digitization and proper archiving processes.
- Assist during audits and ensure compliance with records policies.
Requirements:
- NCE, OND degree in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in records management, archiving, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and document management systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Not above 28 years.
- Must be living around Dawaki and Kubwa environs.
Renumeration: NGN 143,000
Work Mode: Contract 18 Months.
