Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Agency Manager and Unit Manager to lead and coordinate a sales team in achieving performance targets. The Unit Manager will report to the Agency Manager, while the Agency Manager will report to the Regional Manager on weekly and monthly activities. The role requires strong leadership, sales strategy execution, and the ability to open new market opportunities.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage sales team activities to ensure target achievement.
- Provide coaching, training, and support to team members to drive performance.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Regional Manager.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients in both public and private sectors.
- Submit proposals and follow up to secure new business opportunities.
- Open fresh market grounds to expand sales reach.
- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team coordination skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Familiarity with public and private sector proposal processes is an advantage.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
