Job summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Secretary / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, handle correspondence, schedule appointments, maintain records, and ensure the office runs smoothly. Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the office.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
- Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital).
- Receive visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking where required.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role.
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
Preferred Criteria:
- Candidates residing in Festac, Amuwo Odofin, Satellite Town, Mile 2, or nearby areas will be given priority.
- Familiarity with office management tools and administrative procedures.Salary
