Job Summary
We are looking for an administrative secretary to perform administrative and clerical duties.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Occasionally undertake receptionist duties
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND in any related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Secretary
- Good typing skills
- Candidates must reside in Maryland, Ikeja or its Environs.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Should be willing to work with the company long term.
- Must be filled with the Holy Spirit
- Will be required to worship
