Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative duties of the school
- Handle correspondence, documentation, and record keeping
- Assist with admissions, student files, and parent communication
- Support school management with scheduling and coordination of activities
- Ensure smooth flow of information between staff, parents, and management
- Maintain an organized office environment
- Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc. in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 1–2 years in an administrative or school office role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
