Job summary
The Administrative Officer is the operational backbone of Nivexia's Port Harcourt launch. You own patient scheduling, financial documentation, staff records, correspondence, and the daily administrative systems that make professional healthcare delivery possible. You work directly with the CEO.

Responsibilities:
- Patient intake, scheduling, and appointment coordination.
- Invoice generation, receipts, payment tracking, and weekly.
- Financial summaries for the CEO.
- Staff records, license tracking, and employment documentation.
- Formal correspondence on Nivexia letterhead.
- Patient file compliance — documentation audit-ready always.
- Weekly operational reports directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years minimum admin experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong written English — you draft formal letters and proposals.
- Google Workspace proficiency — Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail.
- High discretion — patient and financial data handled daily.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Based in Port Harcourt and available immediately.
