Job summary

We are seeking for a smart and a detailed oriented Administrative Assistant to manage and handle all required tasks, functions and provide strategic support activities. The individual is expected to exhibit exceptional organizational skills and as well variety of key functions as to be assigned

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and ensure accurate records and documentation are properly filled at all times.
  • Develop, maintain and manage records, documents, and other basic reporting procedures for a proper filing system.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic digital tools, content creation and graphic designing)
  • Minimum of HND
  • 2 years of experience
