The Admin & Human Resource Manager at Audeo will be responsible for:
Overseeing the smooth and efficient running of the office
Running the office operational budget responsibly and proffering cost-saving initiatives
Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations.
Organising office events
Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
Organising a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
Primarily responsible for all support staff
Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
Keeping records of all taxes
Preparing monthly payroll and related schedules
Ensuring that all statutory employee deductions are filed on time
Monitoring work schedules of operations staff and provide regular reports to management
Keeping records of all leave and absences
Maintaining employee files, plan staff birthdays & anniversary celebrations
Handling all pre-recruitment procedures
Keeping track of staff training and ensuring that mandatory training and certifications are completed on time
Initiating and monitoring monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance management systems and processes
A bachelor degree or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Office and Human Resource administration
Track record of experience in managing people and working in teams
Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
