Our client is seeking a smart and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help coordinate field activities.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly field operational data
  • Support the Operations Manager in coordinating field agents
  • Handle and resolve agent and customer complaints
  • Ensure customer and field data are updated regularly
  • Maintain records and monitor operational metrics
  • Coordinate training activities and office support tasks


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 0–1 year work experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High integrity and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and tech-savvy
