Our client is seeking a smart and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and help coordinate field activities.

Responsibilities:
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly field operational data
- Support the Operations Manager in coordinating field agents
- Handle and resolve agent and customer complaints
- Ensure customer and field data are updated regularly
- Maintain records and monitor operational metrics
- Coordinate training activities and office support tasks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 0–1 year work experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High integrity and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and tech-savvy
