Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and update academic programmes to meet curriculum goals and industry standards
- Manage the accreditation of courses and oversee the annual research report
- Conduct periodic quality assessments of programmes and courses to ensure continuous improvement
- Coordinate Full Time & Executive Diploma in Insurance Programme
- Organize Basic and Advance Bancassurance Workshop
- Organize Technical Trainings
- Organize In-House Technical Trainings
- Collaborate with the Institute of Uganda
- Act as Research Secretary
- Conduct CIIN Exams Intensive Tutorial
- Collaborate with ULBS
- Prepare and execute training budgets
- Analyze customer needs and identify cross-sell opportunities
- Improve customer satisfaction and achieve Sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance or a related field is required; a Master's or PhD would be an added advantage. Certifications in insurance services are highly valued and desirable.
- 1-3 years practical experience
- Experience in academic monitoring, planning, and administration.
- Prior experience as Academic Manager is preferred.
- A proven record of practical experience required
- Experience in the field of insurance, and customer service is necessary.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Sound market knowledge about the latest banking and insurance products.
