Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Sales and Marketing professional will be responsible for developing and executing effective strategies to drive product sales, managing customer relationships, identifying new market opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, training sales teams, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and creating marketing campaigns to promote Snack Crown Ltd’s products.

Qualifications

  • Proficient communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with clients and address their needs.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets, generating leads, and negotiating deals.
  • Ability to train and motivate sales teams to achieve performance goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and knowledge of market analysis techniques is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
