Job Summary
The Warehouse/Inventory Officer is responsible for managing warehouse operations, tracking stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting the efficient flow of goods. The role involves receiving, storing, issuing, and reconciling inventory while maintaining proper documentation and a well-organized warehouse environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of items in the warehouse.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records using manual logs or software.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Issue materials and supplies based on approved requests.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock situations.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with procedures.
- Prepare inventory reports for management as required.
- Coordinate dispatch, loading, and shipment of goods.
- Track damaged, expired, or obsolete stock and escalate appropriately.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- Experience in warehouse or inventory operations (added advantage).
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to lift and move items when needed.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong numerical skills and accuracy.
- Integrity, reliability, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
