Job summary
The Tracking Officer is responsible for monitoring and managing the movement of haulage vehicles to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with company policies, and timely delivery of goods. This role requires vigilance, analytical skills, and effective communication to support the smooth functioning of fleet operations.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor real-time movement of vehicles using GPS and tracking systems.
- Ensure drivers comply with assigned routes, schedules, and safety regulations.
- Provide daily operational reports on fleet status, delivery progress, and exceptions.
- Communicate promptly with drivers to resolve delays, breakdowns, or emergencies.
- Escalate incidents such as theft, accidents, or route deviations to management.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to optimize routes and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery timelines.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- HND/ Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transport Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in fleet tracking or haulage operations.
- Proficiency in GPS tracking systems and logistics software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Competence in MS Office applications (Excel, Word).

- Tech-savvy.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000-120,000
