- Develop and implement procurement strategies that ensure the timely supply of goods and services.
- Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical equipment, consumables, and operational supplies.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile stock variances.
- Work with department heads to forecast demand and manage procurement budgets.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare procurement and inventory reports for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain roles, preferably in healthcare or EMS.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and budgeting skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of healthcare equipment and consumables is an advantage.
