Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to customers promptly and professionally.
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean and well-organised.
- Process bills and handle payments efficiently.
- Communicate customer needs or complaints to the supervisor.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards.
- Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant daily.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service delivery.
- Upsell menu items and promote specials when necessary.
Requirements:
- SSCE/OND qualification.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polite, smart, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
