Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services (therapeutic, relaxation, and wellness treatments)
- Assess client needs and recommend suitable treatment plans
- Maintain proper documentation of client sessions
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean and properly prepared
- Support client retention through professional service and follow-up
- Actively contribute to client engagement and booking growth
- Uphold The Baddie Lab’s service and professionalism standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–5 years of experience as a Massage Therapist
- Relevant certification in massage therapy
- Strong knowledge of different massage techniques
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, performance-driven environment
- Willingness to support client engagement and business growth
Remuneration: NGN 120,000 – 150,000 monthly
