Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and direct the production of visual content for campaigns, lookbooks, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and styling teams to develop cohesive visuals that align with brand identity and seasonal collections.
- Oversee weekly shoots, ensuring visual consistency and storytelling excellence.
- Maintain and enforce high standards for visual composition, styling, and editing across all content.
- Manage project timelines, workflows, and delivery under structured deadlines.
- Support post-production through hands-on editing and direction of video content.
Requirements:
- Proven experience directing and editing fashion or lifestyle content (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics, styling, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
- Availability to attend and lead weekly content shoots.
