Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video and photo content of construction progress, completed homes, and client testimonials.
- Edit promotional videos, property walkthroughs, property photography and social media reels for listings.
- Work with the marketing team to script, plan, and produce visual content.
- Deliver videos and images optimized for web, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Maintain media storage and production equipment.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in video shooting and photography, including editing for both.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and photo editing tools like Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop.
- Creativity in real estate visual storytelling, including composition, lighting, and pacing.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently in field locations.
