The Van Salesman is responsible for selling and distributing company products directly to customers in the field. The role involves driving the company van to assigned routes, maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and achieving set sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Sell and distribute company products to customers on assigned routes.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Manage cash collection and record keeping as required.
- Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to management.
- Maintain the company van and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license and know how to drive
- Prior sales experience is a plus (but not required if you are motivated to sell)
- Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and manage your route efficiently
- Good communication skills
