Job descriptions & requirements
- Sell and distribute company products to customers on assigned routes.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Manage cash collection and record keeping as required.
- Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to management.
- Maintain the company van and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Minimum of OND certificate or equivalent
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in van sales or FMCG distribution.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive a van safely.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Honest, reliable, and customer-focused
- Remuneration: NGN 100,000 per month
