Job summary
The Van Sales Representative (VSR) is responsible for driving sales, ensuring product availability, managing customer and distributor relationships, maintaining market visibility, and achieving assigned sales targets through effective route execution, reconciliation, and timely reporting.

Responsibilities:
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets across assigned outlets.
- Ensure daily reconciliation of sales, cash, and stock—zero-credit policy applies.
- Operate within the approved stock allocation limit.
- Drive the distribution and visibility of all products in the market.
- Maintain strong relationships with Key Distributors and resolve field issues promptly.
- Ensure accurate reporting, documentation, and timely submission of sales reports.
- Guarantee proper in-market execution, pricing compliance, and product availability.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proper Driving Experience.
- Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales (FMCG experience is an added advantage).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of the assigned market terrain.
- Must be result-oriented, disciplined, and accountable.
- Must be technologically inclined.
