Job summary

The Van Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving monthly sales targets across assigned brands within a designated territory. This role involves direct selling, servicing existing customers, expanding distribution coverage, and acquiring new customers to drive business results.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities;
  • Deliver on the monthly sales target across the brand
  • Visit existing customers and manage customer relationships for business results
  • Expand coverage and acquire new customers within the assigned territory
  • Drive SKU and brand distribution into new and existing stores in the assigned territory
  • Ensure that company brands are properly displayed and merchandised in-store and open market


Requirements:

  • Quantitative skills, comfortable with numbers and arithmetic calculations
  • Strong oral communication skills in both English and any local language
  • Tech savvy, able to use smartphones and relevant everyday apps, e.g., Google Maps, Facebook, etc
  • Minimum A-levels/Diploma degree
  • Must be able to drive a manual van.
