Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Driving lead generation efforts (acquisition, conversion, and retention)
- Ensuring branded, personalized moments at each and every point of customer engagement
- Provide thorough and actionable analysis and reports to key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of proven experience.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Lead Acquisition channels and tools
- Experience in lead nurturing flows creation and optimization
- The ability to think outside the box
- Strategic thinker that can see beyond the day-to-day grind to help create stronger lead generation campaigns, and improve the customer conversion rate
- Skilled at using Analytical tools (e.g. PowerBI, Zoho CRM, and Google Analytics)
- Analytical skills to determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making.
- The ability to take responsibility and handle the pressure
- The candidate should be methodical and well organized
