Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Manage and optimize social media channels, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
  
• Create engaging content (written, visual, and video) that resonates with our target audience.
  
• Analyze marketing data and generate insightful reports to inform future strategies.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements:

• Marketing Mastermind: At least 4 years of proven experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.
• Digital Dynamo: Expertise in social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation is a must.
  
• Data Decoder: Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Creative Catalyst: A knack for storytelling and crafting compelling narratives.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and can work effectively with diverse teams.
  
• Results Rockstar: A passion for achieving measurable results and exceeding expectations.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in Field marketing and Digital Marketing
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta, and other related tools and platforms used in Marketing.  
• Bilingual
• Proven track of existing clients (good manufacturing companies preferably) 
• Any existing certification in Marketing or related
• 4-month contract position with possibility for extension
