Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities

Content Ideation and Creation:
  • Develop creative and compelling content ideas aligned with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms, including but not limited to blog posts, social media, videos, and infographics


Content Calendar Management:

  • Plan and organize a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing campaigns and product launches.


Social Media Management:

  • Manage and update social media profiles to maintain a consistent brand presence.
  • Monitor social media trends and adapt content strategies accordingly.


Events & Community  Engagement:

  • Manage & Grow Online Communities & facilitate Events 
  • Foster community engagement through social media interactions, comments, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and respond to audience feedback and inquiries


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role in any relevant industry.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of content creation, including written, visual, and multimedia elements.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, and multimedia editing applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling


Key Performance Indicators:

  • Here are a few KPIs you will report on and own 
  • Content Conversion rate 
  • Platform growth rate
  • Engagement rates 


What You Will Not Be Doing 

  • Sitting at the office doing admin tasks: we have a fantastic support team for that!
  • Dealing with customer service issues (we have dedicated customer success and tech support teams for that!
