The UI UX Designer gathers and evaluates user requirements in collaboration with Product Managers. They use their skills to illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, or sitemaps. They also design graphic user interface elements like menus tab widgets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Collect and evaluate user requirements with the help of product managers and engineers.
- Use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.
- Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of graphic user interface elements.
- Make page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look.
- Make unique graphic designs.
- Rough draughts should be prepared and presented to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve UX issues.
- Make layout changes based on user feedback. Follow font, color, and image style guidelines.
Requirements:
- HND/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent).
- 3 years of professional experience in user research, UX/UI design, and pitch deck design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience with usability testing and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your work in user research, UX/UI design, and pitch deck design.
