Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Training Instructor (Security) to develop, deliver, and assess training programs for security personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all security staff are fully equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct initial, recurring, and remedial training for security personnel.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and lesson plans in alignment with current laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions on a range of topics including access control, incident response, use of force, surveillance systems, emergency procedures, and customer service.
- Evaluate trainee performance through written tests, practical demonstrations, and scenario-based assessments.
- Maintain detailed training records and ensure certifications and licenses are current.
- Collaborate with security leadership to identify training needs and address skill gaps.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats, and changes in legislation affecting security practices.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Military or Police experience is an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Able to conduct training drills and a team player
