Trainer / Coach (Education)

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Trainer / Coach to join an international education-focused team supporting students in their academic and personal development journeys.

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply committed to education, mentoring, and helping young learners unlock their full potential in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.

Profile Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, International Relations, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven experience in teaching, coaching, mentoring, or student development (middle and high school experience preferred)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• International exposure (studies abroad or experience in multicultural environments)

Key Responsibilities

Student Coaching & Development

• Provide tailored coaching to students to support both academic and personal growth, including readiness for boarding school and higher education pathways
• Conduct mock interviews and support students in writing and refining personal statements
• Deliver one-to-one and group coaching sessions to strengthen academic skills, communication, and critical thinking
• Support students in building confidence, structured study plans, and balanced academic/extracurricular development
• Guide students in self-awareness and personal development based on their individual strengths and interests
• Provide holistic support including soft skills development, resilience building, and personal growth

Training & Curriculum Support

• Design and deliver workshops, training modules, and coaching sessions for students and families
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop educational resources, mentoring frameworks, and student readiness programs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of coaching approaches and curriculum design
