Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for travel and tourism services.
- Market and sell holiday packages, visa assistance services, flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and travel insurance.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and direct sales activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, educational institutions, religious organizations, and individual travelers.
- Conduct presentations and promotional campaigns to attract potential customers.
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
Marketing & Promotion:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Promote travel packages and special offers through social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, roadshows, and tourism events.
- Create engaging content for travel promotions and customer engagement.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Provide professional travel advice and recommendations to clients.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and guide clients through booking processes.
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues effectively.
Partnership Development:
- Establish partnerships with airlines, hotels, tourism agencies, corporate organizations, and travel-related service providers.
- Negotiate and coordinate promotional opportunities and travel deals.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
- Track marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Update customer databases and CRM systems regularly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in travel, tourism, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of travel and tourism products and services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with travel booking systems is an added advantage.
