Responsibilities:
Business Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to support consulting projects.
- Gather and analyze business data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Assist in preparing business reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Support the evaluation of client business processes and operational performance.
Client Support and Engagement:
- Assist consultants in managing client relationships and communications.
- Participate in client meetings, consultations, and business reviews.
- Follow up with clients regarding project updates, feedback, and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project activities.
Business Development Support:
- Identify potential business opportunities and prospective clients.
- Assist in generating leads and supporting client acquisition activities.
- Support the preparation of business development proposals and presentations.
- Participate in networking events, seminars, and business meetings when required.
Project Coordination:
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of consulting projects.
- Assist in coordinating project schedules, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports for management.
- Ensure project documentation is properly maintained and updated.
- Administrative and Operational Support
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action plans.
- Organize business documents, reports, and consulting materials.
- Support day-to-day office and consulting operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Learning and Professional Development:
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs.
- Develop knowledge of business consulting methodologies and best practices.
- Learn organizational development, strategic planning, and business management techniques.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging business practices.
Requirements:
- OND, HND, B.Sc., or currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
- Previous internship or business-related experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good presentation and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced business environment.
