Responsibilities:
- Managed end-to-end international admissions for students applying to universities across Europe, including application submission, documentation review, conditional offer management, CAS preparation, and visa guidance.
- Acted as the primary advisor to students, offering personalised guidance on course selection, school options, financial requirements (including POF calculations), pre-CAS interview practice, and visa readiness.
- Drove successful student recruitment campaigns using strategic digital marketing across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and email, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly Managed end-to-end international admissions for students applying to universities across Europe, including application submission, documentation review, conditional offer management, CAS preparation, and visa guidance.
- Acted as the primary advisor to students, offering personalised guidance on course selection, school options, financial requirements (including POF calculations), pre-CAS interview practice, and visa readiness.
- Drove successful student recruitment campaigns using strategic digital marketing across Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and email, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly enrolment targets.
- Strengthened the company’s partnerships with global universities by maintaining timely communication, escalating student cases, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and deadlines.
- Led recruitment events such as education fairs, webinars, live sessions, and school visits, increasing brand visibility and generating high-quality leads for the agency. Conducted pre-CAS and mock visa interviews, improving student confidence and significantly reducing the risk of visa refusal or CAS withdrawal.
- Managed complex student cases, including deposit deadline extensions, agent change requests, and resolving application discrepancies directly with university admissions teams.
- Utilised CRM tools and structured follow-up systems to track student progress, analyse recruitment performance, and optimise conversion across all stages of the admissions funnel targets.
- Strengthened the company’s partnerships with global universities by maintaining timely communication, escalating student cases, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and deadlines.
