Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
- Experience within a recruitment, HR consulting, or professional services environment will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
- Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
