The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities & building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales and increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Promote the company's recruitment, outsourcing, and HR consulting services to organizations across various industries.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and service agreements to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals in line with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring needs and ensure successful service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales pipelines.
  • Attend networking events, business meetings, and industry functions to promote the company's services.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in business development, sales, marketing, or client relationship management.
  • Experience within a recruitment, HR consulting, or professional services environment will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close business deals.
  • Excellent relationship management and networking skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
